Territory Sales Officer- B2C

Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Officer at Bunge, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in the new market of Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Reporting to the Manager in the Commercial department, your main focus will involve managing and expanding the distribution network in the region to drive sales volume and achieve significant business growth. Your key responsibilities will include managing the current distribution network of distributors, expanding the distribution network in Krishnapatnam, and driving sales volume in the entire area. You will also be tasked with developing the market to achieve year-on-year growth for the next 3-5 years. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the current distribution network of distributors - Expand the distribution network in Krishnapatnam - Drive sales volume in the entire area - Develop the market to achieve year-on-year growth - Achieve annual volume and MAV targets - Ensure 100% geo-tagging of created outlets - Install DMS at distributors with average monthly sales above 5 meters - Prevent expiry of forecasted stocks in assigned depots - Focus on automation at the field force level - Train DSMs on SFA - Increase buying outlets month-on-month - Analyze buying patterns - Drive secondary sales - Support the sales team by sharing experience and knowledge - Build and maintain good business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other stakeholders Qualification Required: - Graduate, preferably in Science or Commerce - Business management degree preferred - Previous experience in sales within the FMCG or edible oil industry - Proficiency in the local language and Hindi - Good English communication skills - Computer knowledge is a must-have skill Bunge, a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products, offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to create sustainable products and collaborate with a global network.
