Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within their designated territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales teams, conducting customer visits, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role also involves setting and tracking sales targets, analyzing sales data, and reporting on sales performance.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in training and mentoring sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
