Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager at Skylark Group Dhaar Pashu Aahar (Animal Feed), your main focus will be to drive sales and distribution of Dhaar Pashu Aahar products in Western UP and Uttrakhand. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to enhance market share and ensure consistent sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the designated territory. You will need to identify new market opportunities, conduct product promotions, and optimize sales performance. Additionally, you will be in charge of onboarding and managing distributors, ensuring product availability, monitoring distributor performance, and supporting sales improvement. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in expanding the market by identifying and establishing new retail outlets for Dhaar Pashu Aahar. This will involve organizing awareness campaigns, product demonstrations, and farmer interactions to boost product visibility and foster brand loyalty. Your duties will also include building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors, as well as addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding product usage and benefits. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 25% is also desirable. The work location for this role is in-person.,
