As a subsidiary of Capital India Finance Limited (CIFL), RapiPay is committed to driving financial inclusion across the country, delivering over 3 crore transactions monthly and having served more than 10 crore unique customers to date.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive at RapiPay in Banka. The Executive will be responsible for managing daily business operations, coordinating with DBOs, and ensuring smooth execution of financial services. The role includes overseeing transaction processes, customer support, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Executive will also liaise with internal teams and external partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in financial services or fintech industry is preferred
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial transactions
Customer service and support experience
Proficiency in using financial technology and payment systems
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of managing daily operations and coordinating between teams
