Role Overview: As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth within the assigned territory. Your responsibilities will involve fostering relationships with customers, meeting revenue targets, and overseeing sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business plans to drive growth within the territory - Meet revenue targets and nurture customer relationships - Create sales and business development strategies - Monitor market trends for new opportunities - Maintain accurate sales records and present reports to the sales team and leadership - Suggest enhancements to sales processes - Handle pre-sales activities and customer demonstrations Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in radio communications industrial sales or projects - Strong communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel - Solid understanding of telecom systems in the industrial segment (such as Radio, PA, CCTV) - Educational background of B.TECH/B.E degree or MBA with a specialization in Marketing/Sales Please note: The above job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
