Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Manager position requires a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow the territory, fostering relationships with existing and potential customers, and overseeing sales processes within the assigned territory. Your main responsibilities will include developing business plans to drive growth, meeting revenue targets, nurturing customer relationships, creating sales and business development strategies, monitoring market trends for new opportunities, maintaining accurate sales records, presenting reports to the sales team and leadership, suggesting enhancements to sales processes, and handling pre-sales activities and customer demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, specifically in radio communications industrial sales or projects. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel. Additionally, a solid understanding of telecom systems (such as Radio, PA, CCTV) in the industrial segment is preferred. The educational requirements for this role include a B.TECH/B.E degree or an MBA with a specialization in Marketing/Sales.,
