We are dedicated to enhancing crop nutrition worldwide, with a special emphasis on our unique water-soluble and organic fertilizers. The majority of our innovative products are manufactured in Israel, with select formulations produced in India leveraging Israeli know-how. With a significant and growing presence in Africa, India, China, and Israel, we are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team.


Role Description

  • Drive Sales & Strategy:

    Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious targets. You will own the entire sales cycle for the territory.
  • Lead & Mentor:

    Manage, train, and inspire a high-performing team of field agronomists, empowering them to become trusted advisors to our customers.
  • Build Relationships:

    Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and influential growers, establishing Grow Group as the preferred partner.
  • Provide Expert Guidance:

    Act as a senior technical expert, providing strategic agronomic recommendations for the application of our products on key local crops (e.g., cardamom, fruits and vegetables, and flowers)
  • Champion the Customer:

    Ensure an unparalleled level of customer service, resolving issues promptly and building long-term loyalty and trust in our brand.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Be our eyes and ears on the ground, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Malayalam is essential.Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven experience, 5 years in fertilizer Sales and marketing
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Horticulture
  • Good communication in English and Tamil
