Role Description Drive Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious targets. You will own the entire sales cycle for the territory. Lead & Mentor: Manage, train, and inspire a high-performing team of field agronomists, empowering them to become trusted advisors to our customers. Build Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and influential growers, establishing Grow Group as the preferred partner. Provide Expert Guidance: Act as a senior technical expert, providing strategic agronomic recommendations for the application of our products on key local crops (e.g., cardamom, fruits and vegetables, and flowers) Champion the Customer: Ensure an unparalleled level of customer service, resolving issues promptly and building long-term loyalty and trust in our brand. Market Intelligence: Be our eyes and ears on the ground, analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Building and nurturing relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and influential growers will be a key aspect of your role, solidifying Grow Group as the preferred partner in the market. Your expertise as a senior technical advisor will be instrumental in offering strategic agronomic recommendations for the application of our products on various local crops like cardamom, fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Ensuring exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns and fostering long-term loyalty and trust in our brand will be paramount. In addition to driving sales and strategy, you will be expected to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate skillfully, and build strong interpersonal relationships will be essential in this role.
