The Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within your designated territory. Your role includes acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the territory.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through customer engagement.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and enhance customer satisfaction. Business Development & CRM
• Promote company solutions by identifying customer needs and offering tailored products.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and proposals.
• Maintain customer data and interactions in CRM for effective sales tracking.
Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with the technical and proposal teams to provide customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure adherence to company pricing policies and guidelines.
• Regularly update sales pipeline, forecasts, and competitor activities.
Key Skills / Individual Skills /Mindset & Behavior’s Technical Skills:
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the sales domain is required
• Knowledge of industrial sales, material handling, and process equipment.
• Understanding of air pollution control systems and conveying solutions.
