Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

Sales:

  • Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Work towards increasing market share and revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure exceptional after-sales service and support.

Marketing Activities:

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and on-ground activations
  • Boost brand awareness and visibility.

Market Research:

  • Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and sales activities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team on content creation, campaign strategies, and event planning.

Reporting:

  • Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager to track KPIs and performance.
