Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in diagnostics and pathology services.
  • Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and doctors to promote laboratory tests and packages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab managers, purchase heads, and healthcare institutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the internal laboratory team for smooth sample collection, logistics, and report delivery.
  • Organize promotional activities, CMEs, and awareness programs as required.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback, and MIS documentation.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client queries.
