Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for complete coverage of the assigned territory, ensuring optimal customer engagement.
  • Drive quality lead generation and maintain a healthy sales funnel to support business growth.
  • Execute timely and strategic follow-ups with customers and coordinate efficiently with internal teams to ensure smooth progress in the sales cycle.
  • Assist the sales team in closing orders, providing necessary support throughout the process.
  • Proactively escalate and seek support in challenging situations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolutions.
  • Play a key role in territory sales forecasting, planning, and achieving set targets.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay updated and strategize effectively.
  • Monitor and control outstanding receivables and ensure the collection of statutory documents as per company policy.
  • Support sales promotional initiatives such as technical seminars, product presentations, and participation in exhibitions to enhance market visibility.
  • Promote collaboration and teamwork, contributing positively to overall team performance.
  • Take ownership of continuous learning, upgrading knowledge and skills in line with industry and organizational requirements.
  • Consistently uphold and demonstrate organizational values and professional ethics in all business dealings.
