Territory Sales Incharge (TSI)

As an operator in our company, your role will involve operating, monitoring, and controlling the fractionation and refining processes to ensure smooth and efficient production of refined products. You will be responsible for adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Your key responsibilities will include: - Starting up, shutting down, and adjusting equipment as needed to maintain optimal process conditions and product quality. - Monitoring instruments, gauges, and meters to gauge process variables, detect abnormalities, and take corrective actions. - Performing routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and distillation columns, to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime. - Collecting and analyzing samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Troubleshooting process issues and equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions. - Coordinating and communicating effectively with fellow operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and resolve any operational challenges. - Participating in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and safety drills, promoting a culture of safety and adhering to environmental, health, and safety regulations. - Maintaining accurate records of production data, process parameters, equipment status, and maintenance activities. - Providing training and guidance to junior operators as needed to ensure their professional growth and understanding of plant operations.
