JOB PURPOSE: The Fitter is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in the flour mill. This involves ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and functioning efficiently. 3. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS CORE JOB AREA JOB REPOSIBILITIES Supervision & Team Management  Oversee maintenance staff and assign daily tasks  Monitor performance and provide feedback and training  Ensure all maintenance activities meet company standards Cleanliness & Hygiene  Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment  Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained Inventory Management  Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies  Track usage and avoid overstocking or wastage Compliance & Safety  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies  Provide training on safety protocols to staff  Conduct regular safety audits Coordination with Other Departments  Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure equipment is functioning correctly  Address immediate maintenance issues promptly Customer Satisfaction  Reporting & Documentation  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
