Job Description

Hi, Warm Greetings! We are looking for Territory Sales Incharge role with good experience in Retail sales, Distributor sales, Dealers Handling, Etc,. This Opportunity for a reputed MNC Organization based at Akola Location. Position Objective Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible to Achieve Pre-agreed Sales Targets and to maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory. Principal Responsibility Appointing New Distributors, Dealers and Retailers in assigned territory Meeting existing Dealer & Distributors on regular basis Conducting sales promotional activities like Sub-Dealer Meet, Nukkad Meet & Other promotional activities in assigned territory Minimum 15 calls per day and ensure Daily Primary/ Secondary target achievement Tracking of Distributor Sales Officer & LAS on Daily / Weekly basis Knowledge Product Knowledge of Switch & Socket, MCB,RCCB, Distribution Boards, Wires & Cables, Conduit Pipe, Metal box Electrical Market Knowledge Formal Education Graduate in any stream / Post Graduation Key Competencies Proven experience as a Territory Sales In charge/ Manager Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is Preferred Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Sales force is a plus Excellent communication skills Organizational and leadership ability Problem-solving aptitude If you are Interested, please share your cv to gowsalya@bvrpc.com Thanks & Regards, Gowsalya
