Role & responsibilities Job Description :- Have experience in primary and secondary sales i.e one needs to develop dealers and distributors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent sales growth. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess competitor activities. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely replenishment. Drive promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on market trends and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit policies. Train and support channel partners in product knowledge and sales techniques. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
