Territory Sales Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand sales of our bakery fats and premixes portfolio in the Bangalore region.
• Visit bakeries to demonstrate product features, conduct live trials, and secure orders.
• Identify and target suitable bakeries, wholesalers, and potential partners to generate new business opportunities.
• Handle payment collections from bakeries and distributors, ensuring timely follow-ups and compliance with company policies.
• Provide on-site support to customers, including troubleshooting bakery-related challenges to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven passion for bakeries and bakery products, with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
• Strong demonstration skills to effectively showcase product benefits and applications to customers.
• Versatile and flexible mindset, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and market dynamics.
• Solid understanding of bakery products, processes, and trends to offer informed recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge of Bangalore’s routes, neighborhoods, and key bakery hotspots for efficient territory coverage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing bakery-specific issues like production efficiency or product performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food, bakery, or FMCG sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and work flexible hours.
