Identify and target suitable bakeries, wholesalers, and potential partners to generate new business opportunities. Handle payment collections from bakeries and distributors, ensuring timely follow-ups and compliance with company policies. Provide on-site support to customers, including troubleshooting bakery-related challenges to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Required Experience and Skills: Proven passion for bakeries and bakery products, with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry. Strong demonstration skills to effectively showcase product benefits and applications to customers. Versatile and flexible mindset, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs and market dynamics. Solid understanding of bakery products, processes, and trends to offer informed recommendations. In-depth knowledge of Bangalore’s routes, neighborhoods, and key bakery hotspots for efficient territory coverage.
