Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, assessing market potential, and building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers. You will provide product information and support to distributors and customers, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Additionally, you will participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences, prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations, ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Regular market visits will be conducted to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: - 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in achieving sales targets - Strong knowledge of the sales process - Ability to travel within the assigned territory - Experience in distributor handling and primary sales would be an advantage - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Preference will be given to candidates who have good knowledge about PCMC (Pimpri Chinchwad) Pune area.,
