**Role Overview:** As a Sales Executive in the Sales department based in Surat, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and fix meetings to achieve the company's revenue targets. You must be self-motivated, target-driven, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. This role will require you to work primarily in the field, visiting clients and fixing meetings. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales Target Achievement:** - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve the set goals. - **Lead Generation:** - Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling. - Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's products or services. - **Client Engagement/Demo:** - Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to showcase the company's offerings. - Understand client needs and customize presentations to meet their specific requirements. - **Client Engagement:** - Fix face-to-face meetings with potential clients to introduce the company's products or services. - Understand client needs and tailor presentations with the guidance of the reporting manager. - **Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. - Provide continuous support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. - **Reporting & Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems. - Regularly report sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager. - **Market Research:** - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. - Share feedback with the company on market needs and potential opportunities. **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Experience: - Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales or a similar role. - Experience in the specific industry is an added advantage. **Additional Details:** This is a field-based role that involves extensive travel to meet clients.
