Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retailers, distributors, and market areas regularly to

    drive secondary sales

  • Support the distributor in

    order generation, stock movement, and billing follow-ups

  • Execute

    sales schemes, promotions, and product visibility

    activities.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintain

    daily sales reports, beat plans, and market feedback

    .
  • Achieve monthly targets for primary and secondary sales.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduate / Diploma preferred (any stream).
  • 03 years of experience in

    field sales / channel sales

    (Freshers with good communication can apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.

Compensation:

  • 18,000 25,000/month (based on experience)
  • Travel allowance + attractive incentives
