Territory Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients in the field, and closing sales. You should be confident, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients/customers in the assigned territory to promote and sell company products/services
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Collect market feedback and report to management
• Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and daily activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service
• Participate in promotional events or campaigns if required

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (field sales preferred) or willingness to learn
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable)
