Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Would be responsible for generating sales in the assigned territory, interaction with channel partners like distributors, dealers and secondary sales channel partners like parts retailers, local mechanics and local workshops.

Managing Dealers/retailers & Mechanics of the Assigned territory and generating sales

Planning for Sales - Setting monthly/quarterly/annual plan with his team.

To meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgeted sales volumes.

Maintain overall financial discipline and control as per budgeted figure.

Fund monitoring & inventory management.

Network expansion (appointment of Distributors & retailers as per CSF targets)

Expand Primary & secondary sales distribution network through Sales - In Charges.

Forecasting Future Sales requirements so as to assist material planning.

Coordinate with SPD Stores & execution teams for order execution.

Implementation of Sales schemes, activities in the identified markets.
