a. Dealership Management
- Will be responsible for DSP Appointment and their productivity, based on the
requirements in the respective territory.
b. Market Share
- Will be responsible for increasing the market share by identifying new market opportunity
and by increasing market visibility.
- Will be responsible for cracking competition village and leveraging existing market to
increase market share in both aspects.
c. Channel Development - To ensure the appointment & development of new dealers as per
the requirement in the allotted territory.
d. Product Displays - Conduct product showcases at RTG, PTG, and Elite dealership formats
to highlight key features and generate enquiries.
e. Data Management-
- To Punch data of billing and delivery on TMS/ LSQ in real-time.
- Will be responsible for continuously gathering competitor information for updating the
Market Intelligence System (MIS) to support the internal DSS.
f. Sales Planning & Customer Satisfaction
- Will be responsible to provide the inputs on the inventory of the product line at all the
dealers to the Area Managers on monthly basis for effective sales planning.
- Will be responsible to gather customer feedback and provide inputs to Area Manager for
better customer satisfactions.
