Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, along with a PG or Masters in Project Management, and 4-6 years of experience in real estate construction management. You should have a good understanding of project execution procedures, scheduling, IS codes, quality management, and construction equipment.
