Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Raipur. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the designated territory, developing sales strategies to meet targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with the branch network to ensure efficient service delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing sales training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Sales Management, Market Trend Analysis, and Sales Training skills
• Client Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Life Insurance Products and Services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
