Territory Manager

You will be joining Sreesastha Ins-Corp Advisory Private Limited as a full-time Territory Manager, focusing on the South Indian markets. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing sales operations, managing customer service operations, and developing business plans. This role will require you to be based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Vellore, Kanchipuram, Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Hassan, Tumkur, Shimoga, and Mangalore. As a Territory Manager, you will be tasked with conducting market analysis, creating growth strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients within the used car and tractor industry. Your key objectives will be to drive sales growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires individuals with strong analytical skills, business planning expertise, and exceptional communication and customer service abilities. To excel in this role, you should possess leadership qualities and team management skills. Previous experience in the automotive or agricultural industry would be advantageous. A deep understanding of the market, along with established relationships within the trade, will also be beneficial. We are seeking Territory Managers in all major cities in South Indian markets. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a CTC of 2.4 - 3 lacs, along with incentives and conveyance allowance.
