Job Description

We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Territory Manager Jabalpur. This position will be based in Jabalpur and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Full Responsibility and Ownership of the Aftermarket business in the respective region.
Daily coordination with Distributors & retailers and make sure that smooth transactions.
Market visit based on the allotted task which is related to demand generation activities
Appointing & managing the Distributors (New and Existing).
Achieving the sales target of the region & planning for sales development of existing & New

areas.

Monthly Distributor Score Card review
Mentoring and guiding his FSRs & follow company SOP s and implement in the field.
Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributor
Understand company s vision/Mission/Goals and take action in that direction to create right

output.

Create clear and effective communication among the team.
Ability to understand and analyse data & effective utilization of data to drive objectives.

Skill Set

Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Team management
Solution selling
Basic understanding of logistics at a distributor point

KPIs

100% Task compliance
Increasing trend of percentage of successful task closures
100% SOP compliance by Distributors (DSC Score ~ 100%)
No distributor in credit lock

Education & Experience

B.E / B. Tech OR Any Graduate with MBA
Experience of 4 - 7 years in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management out of total 7-10 years of experience.
Industry - Manufacturing /Engineering firms, Auto components, oil, batteries, OEMs
