Territory Manager-SEPL

As a Branch Credit Manager in the Micro Finance Loans department, your role will involve managing a team and coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets. You will directly interact with consumers to assess their creditworthiness and ensure the completion of credit/KYC documents and verifications through various methods. Your tasks should align with the company's credit policy while being both sales supportive and risk averse. **Key Responsibilities:** - Underwrite secured and unsecured loan proposals based on policies and procedures to meet service level agreements and manage business volumes. - Conduct personal discussions with customers to evaluate their creditworthiness. - Ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verifications through telephonic, field, and collateral visits. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet service level agreements. - Maintain adherence to credit policy standards. - Manage front-end delinquencies by contacting customers on first presentation. - Supervise a team of credit underwriters and provide necessary guidance. **Qualifications Required:** - 5 to 10 years of experience in Credit. - Graduation in Bachelors in engineering/Technology/Maths/Commerce/Arts/Science/Biology/Business/Computers/Engineering/Management.,
