Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune PMC for the position of Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be tasked with overseeing and driving sales performance in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include managing a Entrepreneur minded sales leaders team, developing and implementing strategic plans, building sustainable relationships with clients, and ensuring the achievement of set targets.4 to 7 years experienced in Agency vertical Or Partners channel are prefered.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and formulate strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
