Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Area of Responsibility:

Achieve volume and revenue sales targets across all product lines by implementing distribution strategies at the RDS (Rural Distribution System) level
Monitor the quality of distribution through the RDS Sales Executive (SE) team
Strengthen relationships with key retail customers to drive loyalty and sales
Track and report on competitor schemes, programs, and market activities
Ensure consistent stock availability at both RDS and retail levels in line with company norms
Execute trade and promotional activities to enhance channel partner engagement and market presence
Expand distribution by increasing the number of retail outlets (MBOs) in both existing and new geographies
