Territory Manager - Sirsa

You are responsible for leading and developing a sales team in the BFSI sector to achieve targets, cultivate client connections, and enhance team performance. Your duties will include managing a team of sales executives specializing in BFSI product sales, planning and attaining monthly and quarterly sales goals, providing training and guidance to enhance team productivity, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, monitoring daily operations and delivering regular reports to management, conducting market research to pinpoint new business prospects, ensuring team adherence to compliance and documentation standards, and facilitating swift onboarding of new team members. As the ideal candidate, you should possess at least 3 years of sales experience in banking or insurance, demonstrate proficiency in leading or supervising a small sales team, and exhibit strong communication and negotiation abilities. This role offers a full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund benefits. You will be working day shifts and may be entitled to a joining bonus, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
