Territory Manager

Job Description As a Territory Manager at IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all sales and operations within the assigned territory of Fatehabad. Your daily tasks will include conducting market analysis, developing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to provide training and support to team members, prepare detailed sales reports, and work towards achieving sales targets. To excel in this role, you must possess strong Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills, as well as the ability to conduct Market Analysis and develop effective sales strategies. Your expertise in Team Management and Training will be crucial in leading and supporting your team members to achieve their goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in order to successfully engage with clients and team members. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative when needed. While not mandatory, prior experience in the finance or loan industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred for this position.
