Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Recovery Officer located in Moradabad. The Sales and Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, analyzing customer accounts, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The role involves daily interaction with customers to provide excellent customer service, addressing their financial needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The officer will also work closely with the finance team to assess and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Debt Collection and Finance
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
