Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales opportunities throughout the entire cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and being the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Work towards strategic goals while ensuring a positive customer experience for both current customers and prospects.
  • Lead business development efforts, forecast accurately, and guide customers through the sales process to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customer engineers and Google Cloud partners to drive business results and develop opportunities with SMBs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to SMBs.
  • Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of cloud computing markets, especially Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to build relationships with channel partners and prospects, driving outbound programs for pipeline generation.
