We continuously expand our footprint across India with a focus on innovation and excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Rajkot. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market analysis, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team to drive performance and growth. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Market Analysis Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Sales Presentations Team Management and Leadership skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of the plastic piping industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
