Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Jalpaiguri. The Territory Manager will oversee and manage the distribution network within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with micro-entrepreneurs, monitoring and analyzing market trends, implementing business strategies, and ensuring the delivery of financial services and products to target communities. The Territory Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive the company’s mission of financial inclusion.

• Experience in developing and managing distribution networks
• Skills in market analysis and business strategy implementation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
• Familiarity with financial services and products
• Experience in technology development for mobility and online payment solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
