Territory Manager - ETW

You will be responsible for delivering month-on-month targets of Loan Disbursals, with a focus on maintaining quality and quantity of E-Two-Wheeler loans. Building and maintaining relationships with the Manufacturing team is a key aspect of the role, working closely with them to ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include developing strategies and business plans to drive further growth of the ETWL Segment within your assigned territory. It is essential to ensure presence in all potential dealerships and outlets in the Territory, with a keen focus on competition mapping, staying updated on market trends, and monitoring competitors. Maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners and dealers is crucial, along with monitoring schemes, team performance, and managing Sales Managers for ETWL. You will act as the gatekeeper of processes on the ground, ensuring the quality of sales and collections. Resolving customer escalations and grievances in a timely manner is also part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to achieve cluster-level targets in line with company budgets, while also being responsible for hiring, managing, and motivating the team and individual performance.
