Job Description

As a Sales Manager for the E - Two-Wheeler Loan segment, your primary role involves delivering month-on-month targets of Loan Disbursals with a focus on both quality and quantity of E-Two-Wheelers. You will need to maintain strong relationships with the Manufacturing team and collaborate closely with them. Developing effective strategies and business plans for the growth of the ETWL Segment in your assigned Territory is a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in your assigned Territory for ETWL - Conduct competition mapping to track market competitors and stay updated on market trends - Maintain relationships with key channel partners and Dealers - Monitor schemes, team performance, and manage Sales Managers for ETWL - Act as the gatekeeper of processes on the ground to ensure quality sales and collection - Address and resolve customer escalations and grievances - Achieve cluster level targets in line with company budgets - Lead the hiring, management, and motivation of the team and individuals - Adhere to the company's policies and processes Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate degree preferred - 3-5 years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in channel management for a similar product Please note that the above details are based on the information provided in the job description.
