Territory Manager - ETW Loans

As a Sales Manager for the E - Two-Wheeler Loan Disbursals, your role involves delivering month-on-month targets with a focus on both the quality and quantity of E - Two-Wheeler loans. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the Manufacturing team, developing strategies for ETWL segment growth, ensuring presence in potential dealerships, and monitoring competition in the market. Additionally, you will be overseeing schemes, team performance, and sales managers, resolving customer escalations, and achieving cluster-level budgeted numbers. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver month-on-month targets of Loan Disbursals for E - Two-Wheeler - Maintain relationship with the Manufacturing team and work closely with them - Develop strategies and business plans for further growth of ETWL Segment - Ensure presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the assigned Territory for ETWL - Map competition, track market trends, and stay updated - Maintain relationships with key channel partners/Dealers - Monitor schemes, team performance, and manage Sales Managers(ETWL) - Resolve Customer escalations and grievances - Achieve cluster level achievements of budgeted numbers - Hire, manage, and motivate the Team and Individual performance - Abide by the company's policies and processes Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate preferred - 3-5 years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in channel management for similar products,
