Job Description You will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving business goals within your designated region as a Territory Manager. Your key focus will be on executing the product management team's strategies, gathering customer feedback, and providing crucial insights for the development of new products. Additionally, you will establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, monitor competitor information, and understand prescription trends within the pharmaceutical industry. You will also organize and manage Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and other initiatives to bolster the company's brand image. Roles & Responsibilities - Promote the new product and execute the Product Management Team's marketing strategy. - Analyze market trends, consult with doctors on new product potential, and relay feedback to the Product Management Team. - Identify key opinion leaders, monitor product availability, and implement brand strategies for a successful product launch. - Monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies to achieve sales objectives. - Participate in monthly review meetings to assess coverage, adherence to SOPs, and expense management for achieving sales targets. - Focus on customer relationship management by establishing strong connections, addressing queries promptly, and classifying customers based on potential. - Meet Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Key business leader (KEL) frequently to conduct CMEs and collect interest areas of key customers and hospitals. - Prepare product matrix based on doctor's potential & preference and update data on chemists, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) through palm top to Unnati portal. Qualifications - Educational qualification: Graduate with a science background. - Minimum work experience: 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales. Skills & Attributes Technical Skills: - Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing. - Experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing strategies. - Basic knowledge of computers. Behavioural Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and leverage relationships. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
