Territory Manager-Consumer Durable Loan Open Market

Role Overview: As a Territory Manager - Consumer Durable Loan, your role involves expanding the business for Consumer Durable Loan lending in a specific area by providing banking solutions to customers efficiently and leveraging technology. You will work closely with various teams such as Retail, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to deliver a seamless customer experience and establish IDFC First as the primary bank for all banking needs. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Consumer Durable Loan customers in the designated segment and generate references from the specified catchment area. - Increase the AUM base for Consumer Durable Loan lending solutions and meet revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. - Collaborate with the Product Head Consumer Durable Loan to offer customers the best funding solutions and ensure appropriate incentives for key DSTs. - Maintain a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection rates. - Possess in-depth knowledge of retail assets, products, and operations. - Stay updated on market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and provide high-quality customer service. - Design a customer journey that leads to customer delight and establishes IDFC First as their preferred banking partner. - Ensure the implementation of internal compliances and regulatory frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.,
