Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager at Bayer, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial field production of corn in India. Your main goal will be to ensure the delivery of quality seeds in compliance with Bayer's HSE standards. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: - Managing RC corn commercial seed production in the assigned area. - Ensuring all operations adhere to internal Bayer requirements and local regulations. - Participating in and implementing community and sustainability engagements. - Driving the successful adoption of digital innovations and mechanization in commercial field production operations. - Managing relationships with assigned growers and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on production targets. - Ensuring safe and timely delivery of crops to meet business needs and field production metrics. - Planning and executing field processes to reduce production obsolescence. - Guiding and monitoring contractual resources under your supervision. - Adhering to company quality and HSE standards to meet targets and audit requirements. - Focusing on self-development, working cohesively as a team, and maintaining high standards of engagement. - Being accountable for ensuring RC commercial field production operations in your allotted acres meet BCSS HSE and Quality standards.
