As a Sales Executive, your role involves targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales. You will be responsible for arranging meetings with potential customers, cold calling companies within the territory, and networking with future prospects to create relationships. It is crucial to keep up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business and analyze competitor activities in the region for business development. Your role also includes participating in industry events such as trade shows to cultivate customer relationships and build the business within the territory using various sales techniques. You will be working towards revenue targets and KPIs set by the company, using your analytical skills to generate reports. Key Responsibilities: - Target potential customers and assess opportunities for sales - Arrange meetings with potential customers and sell product offerings - Cold call companies within the territory and establish needs - Network with future prospects in the territory and create relationships - Keep up to date with industry news to identify new business opportunities - Participate in industry events to cultivate customer relationships - Analyze competitor activities in the region for business development - Develop analytical skills and use them to create reports - Build the business within the territory using various sales techniques - Work towards revenue targets and KPIs set by the company Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in oil & gas industry preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in sales - Ability to work independently and as part of a team In addition to the job responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is on a day shift basis with performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses based on achievements.
