• To follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
• To coordinate between logistics, CCG, lab, collection centers, patients, and doctors.
• To handle queries efficiently.
• To guide phlebotomists and receptionists in making follow-ups and telephone calls to clients.
• To coordinate and assist in organizing seminars, CMEs, and other promotional events.
• To develop and tap new clients and customers.
• To plan and schedule daily sales calls.
• To build up the client base within defined market segments and areas.
• To interact with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives.
• To meet sales and collection budgets for the designated territory.
• To develop the market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion schemes.
• To develop and motivate the sales force for higher responsibilities and achievement of targets.
• To effectively penetrate the market in line with the business expansion plan and formulate regional strategies.
• To develop and implement business plans and strategies for the territory.
• To ensure client interactions and collection management across the territory.
• To support overall market development through effective sales and promotional initiatives.
