Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Development Manager based in Mumbai. The Territory Development Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This includes conducting territory analysis, building long-term partnerships with stakeholders, implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management and problem resolution.

• Strong sales skills, including business development and lead generation expertise
• Account management and client relationship building abilities
• Strategic planning, territory analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to on-site, target-driven environments
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or a related industry is an advantage but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
