Territory Business Manager-Victora-Mumbai (Navi Mumbai)

As a valued member of Abbott, you will play a crucial role in achieving the division's primary targets and increasing market share through the generation of maximum prescriptions. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving Division wise primary target and ensuring it is equal to or greater than Secondary. - Generating maximum prescriptions & increasing market share. - Ensuring zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelf by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. - Timely sharing of competitor and market information with the ABM and Division. - Building strong relationships with customers and Stockists through timely visits as per defined frequency. - Prioritizing and meeting with doctors appropriately and with the right frequency. - Leveraging managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage effectively with important customers and strengthen relationships. - Planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and tracking sales progress. Providing timely information about new products to Stockists. - Reporting field work on a daily basis in the assigned online system. - Organizing Camps (CME) as per the division strategy and customer needs. - Generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role. - Fresher with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered. - B.Sc. or B.Pharma degree.
