Your responsibilities in this role will include achieving primary targets at the division level, ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets. You will be expected to generate maximum prescriptions, increase market share, and prevent any stockist shelf expiries by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. Sharing competitor and market insights with the Area Business Manager (ABM) and Division, building strong relationships with customers and stockists, and adhering to defined stockist visit frequencies are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will need to prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately, engage with key customers effectively by leveraging managerial and marketing support, plan and monitor new product introductions and stocking, report daily field work in the assigned online system, and organize Camps (CME) according to divisional strategies and customer needs. Generating Purchase Orders (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of relevant experience. However, freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered. The required qualification for this role is a B.Sc. or B.Pharma degree.,

Providing timely information about new products to Stockists. - Reporting daily field work activities in the assigned online system. - Organizing Camps (CME) in alignment with division strategies and customer needs. - Generating Purchase Orders (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
