Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Abbott, your role involves achieving Division wise primary targets and ensuring they are equal to or greater than Secondary targets. You will aim to generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share. It is important to ensure zero cases of expiry on Stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation. Your responsibilities also include timely sharing of competitor and market information with the ABM and Division, as well as building relationships with customers and Stockists. Regular Stockist visits as per defined frequency without deviation are crucial. Prioritizing doctors appropriately and meeting them with the right frequency is key to success. You are expected to leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships. Planning and monitoring new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and tracking sales progress are part of your duties. Providing timely information about new products to Stockists is essential. Reporting field work daily in the assigned online system, organizing Camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs, and generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan are also within your scope of work. Qualifications: - B.Sc. / B.Pharma. Experience: - 2+ years of experience - Freshers with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered.
