Territory Business Manager - Spectra - Surat

As an Area Sales Manager, your role involves achieving the assigned sales targets for your area or Territory Business Manager (TBM). You will provide support to your team to help them meet their monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. It is essential to achieve Brand and Product-specific targets while conducting activities and programs based on the division's strategy. Your responsibility also includes developing and mentoring your team for their next level of growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Facilitating team members to achieve their territory-specific targets - Coaching TBMs on various on-the-job aspects - Developing TBMs" field effectiveness In terms of supervisory and management responsibilities, you will be responsible for monitoring effort parameters and the execution of strategies.
